Esther Yumi Ko

Esther Yumi Ko has studied writing at Johns Hopkins University, The New School, and Hunter College where she received her BA in English, Creative Writing. She is the co-founder of the weekly Fail Better Reading Series. She has performed onstage in another devised political piece, The Weiner Monologues (The Factory). Other NYC credits include Clickbait (The Factory), The Minions of Gozer (BB Kings), and Our Bar (Project: Theater).  Coming up next: A site-specific hip-hopera with Sunnyside Shines. She is very excited to collaborate with Theater in Asylum!
